Richard Williams
Chief Executive Officer
Richard Williams is the chief executive officer of Renaissance Behavioral Health LLC, a leading community behavioral health center located in Midtown Cleveland. Richard leads a team of clinicians and administrators who are passionate about delivering a superior mental health care experience for clients by improving health outcomes, and broadening awareness within the underserved community.
Under Richard’s leadership, Renaissance Behavioral Health has touched the lives of more than 2500 people over the companies 3 year existence. As part of the company’s commitment to mental health sustainability, Richard has set bold goals to advance health equity and ensure that mental health services are available to the underserved communities regardless of race, income or gender preferences.
Richard has over a decade of experience in health care consulting and health information management. Prior to being one of the founders of Renaissance Behavioral Health, He spent more than 26 years at IBM as a Senior Manager providing data management and healthcare consulting services to Center for Medicare and Medicaid (CMS), Veterans Health Administration (VHA) and Indian Health Services (IHS). He has also held executive positions at PKWARE and Lotus Development, He began his career with Electronic Data Systems as a System Engineer.
Richard serves on the board the Greater YMCA, and has earned a Master of Science degree from Centra Michigan University.
